This information serves to provide details about the collection and processing of personal data when using the registration form.

The following data will be stored and used exclusively for the purpose of organizing the

above-mentioned event on the basis of Art. 6 I a GDPR.

The following data will be collected during registration:

– Last name, first name (mandatory field)

– Affiliation (mandatory field)

– Email address (mandatory field)

– Information on which day(s) you plan to attend the conference (mandatory field)

– Interest in some kind of social program

– Information about dietary restrictions

The use of the data collected is limited to the purposes of organizing the event, in particular generating the confirmation email, sending current information about the event, generating name tags for the event, and sending conference materials. Unless you object, the above data will also be added to the SCiDA team’s mailing list. You can request information about the data stored about you at any time. You have the right to request confirmation as to whether and, if so, which data is being processed. Furthermore, you have the right to receive a copy of the data in accordance with Art. 15 GDPR. You have the right to request to receive the data concerning you that you have provided to us in accordance with Art. 20 GDPR and to request its transfer to other controllers. You have the right to withdraw your consent at any time with future effect in accordance withArt. 7 (3) GDPR or to request a restriction on the processing of your personal data in accordance with Art. 18 GDPR. Transfers made prior to the revocation/restriction remain unaffected. In this case, your personal data will be deleted with immediate effect in accordance with Art. 17 GDPR. In accordance with Art. 16 GDPR, you have the right to request the completion of data concerning you or the correction of inaccurate data concerning you. If consent is withdrawn or the processing is restricted, participation in the event will no longer be possible. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority in accordance with Art. 77 GDPR.
